DLSC is led by Mr Seah Choo Meng and Dr Eugene Seah. Mr Seah Choo Meng has over 50 years of experience and is a Founder Member of the Construction Adjudicator Accreditation Committee, as well as the Past President of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and the Society of Project Managers (SPM).
Dr Eugene Seah, a veteran in the built environment industry, brings a wealth of experience to DLSC. He has worked in various leadership roles throughout his career and holds several qualifications, such as Ph.D Mgt (Switzerland), DSESO h.c. (Brazil), DPCCA h.c. (US), Green Mark Professional, Accredited Adjudicator, BIM Manager, SISV Tier 1 Accreditation, SPM Tier 1 Accreditation and DDM Tier 1 Accreditation.
